European Union Shockwaves
"The Facts they don't want you to know". This 32-minute video exposes the facts about EU corruption, the destruction of the British system of justice, and plans for a United States of Europe, in which the British Parliament would be by-passed and perhaps even abolished.
Over the past 30 years, five Treaties have transferred almost all of the governance of Britain to Brussels. The EU Constitution completes that process and means:
- Abolition of the present Great British Constitution.
- Break up of Great Britain into 12 EU Regions.
- The end of British self-government.
- Limitations on our human rights.
- Ending jury trial, allowing imprisonment without charge.
- Abandoning the Pound without referendum.
- Giving up economic control of Britain to the EU.
- Relinquishing Britain's international role including its seat at the United Nations and NATO.
- Increased taxation including items not now VAT rated.
- Sharing British resources such as oil and pension funds.
- Terminating the Anglo/US "special relationship".
- Substantial increases in immigration into the UK.
- Access to British jobs and elections, by all EU citizens.
Remember, jobs are dependent on TRADE with the EU, NOT ON MEMBERSHIP!
The British People are Sovereign in their own land
Britain is a sovereign parliamentary democracy. The rule of law is supreme and all are subject to it, including each element of Parliament itself. At every Coronation, the Monarch swears to the British people to uphold the rule of law and their rights, freedoms and customs. In turn, all government ministers, the judiciary, the armed forces and the police swear an oath of loyalty to the Crown. Thus, the people of the United Kingdom are sovereign in their own land, their constitutional rights held in trust for future generations.
Each parliament is elected for a maximum of five years, after which the people can elect others. Parliament has no power to abolish itself nor give away powers it holds temporarily on trust. It does not own these powers.
Thus any attempt to pass government to a foreign power is unconstitutional and specifically forbidden in the Bill of Rights 1689. This is still the law to this day.
Few of these fundamentals of the British Constitution have been acknowledged or respected by recent governments. The electorate was asked in 1975 if it wished to continue as part of the Common Market but has never agreed to being governed by the EU - a different proposition altogether.
Only now, at this late hour, do increasing number of British subjects realise the enormity and consequences of the massive transfers of power to Brussels made by successive administrations as the Common Market has transformed itself into the EU. Only now are they awakening to the threat to British independence, the loss of the right to govern themselves and the damage inflicted on the British way of life.
Even now, few fully understand what has happened and what the future holds for Britain if it remains in the European Union.
